These pages are the canonical legal texts for the BUKMI service. The same documents apply when you create an account, use the platform, or interact with BUKMI as a guest (for example booking without logging in), unless a separate agreement explicitly states otherwise.
The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service describe, among other things, how booking consents, contact records, and optional marketing features work at platform level; businesses remain responsible for their relationship with their clients. Product behaviour is also summarised for staff in Contacts, consents, and client terms.
